Your main tasks
Supporting our customers through:- Sampling of our special polyamides for customers
- Troubleshooting and process optimization
- Recommendations for material selection and tool design
- Development of technical documentation
Your profile
- Technical training ideally as a process mechanic or plastics technician
- Sound experience in plastic injection molding and process optimization
- Technical customer service experience preferred
- Goal-oriented, structured and analytical way of working
- High level of commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Good knowledge English, spoken and written
- Confident use of MS Office programs
